FEES

I am licensed in the USA, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom and therefore accept most private insurances. Before our initial consultation, I will have a brief intake telephone conversation with you at which time we discuss your main reason for contacting me, fees, and availability. Clients are sent an intake sheet prior to the first visit stating the terms for cancellation, confidentiality, payment and privacy guidelines.

Please make arrangements to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being invoiced for the session.

Dutch practice:
I am currently in compliance with the NZA guidelines for waiting list times which will be discussed with the client at first contact. Waiting times will also depend on the client’s time limitations and preferences.
If waiting times exceed the regulations, clients will be informed via my website or telephone answering service.
I follow the ethical and quality guidelines of NIP and follow an established code of ethics based on honesty, openness, and trust. If, despite my adherence to these standards, you have a complaint about my professional practice or treatment, you can always discuss this with me. If we do not reach an agreement, you may contact the NIP.
